They should know how to create copy and content that generates great results, and understand how to measure the social analytics that best demonstrate those results to clients. Outstanding time management skills and a passion for social media engagement, with an eye toward future tech and tactics. They should be regularly learning about new social platforms and capabilities and bringing those back to their clients and to the agency.
